Plans and billing
Kramena offers Monthly and Annual auto-renewing plans. Membership is purchased only inside the Android app through Google Play; this website does not accept payments.
The app and Google Play purchase screen show the exact price, currency, billing period, and any applicable taxes before you confirm. Prices can vary by country and may change for future purchases or renewals with the notice required by Google Play and applicable law.
Your Google Play account is charged when you confirm the purchase and at the beginning of each renewal period unless you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel from Google Play at any time. Uninstalling Kramena does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, Membership normally remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds and purchase support
Refund eligibility depends on Google Play’s policies, the purchase circumstances, your location, and applicable law. You can request an eligible refund through Google Play. For a purchase that was not delivered or does not work as expected, contact Kramena support so we can investigate.
